Account ownership

You may only connect to Prismflow the social, advertising, or commerce accounts you personally own or are authorized to manage on behalf of the account owner. You are responsible for confirming you have the necessary authorization in place before connecting any account.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you upload, approve, or publish through Prismflow. We may prepare, manage, or upload video drafts and other creative assets on your behalf, but final review and the decision to publish remain your responsibility.

Platform policies & applicable law

You agree to comply with the policies of any third-party platform you connect to Prismflow — including TikTok, Meta, Google, and Shopify — and with all laws applicable to you and your business.

Pre-launch service

Prismflow is provided "as is," especially while we are in our pre-launch period. We work to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we make no warranties about uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will meet your specific business needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prismflow and Oakwood Standard, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue features of Prismflow at any time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated by updating the date below.
